Using Eden

Eden helps you log and understand your food, training, sleep and recovery. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Not medical advice

Eden gives general information about your own logs. They are not a doctor, dietitian or pharmacist and don't diagnose, treat or prescribe. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet, training, supplements or medication, and always for anything that worries you. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Medications and peptides

Eden can record what you take and remind you when you planned to take it. It does not calculate, recommend or check doses. You are responsible for what you take.

Eden's suggestions

Eden can make mistakes. It asks before making changes you've marked "ask first", and everything it changes can be undone. Check anything important.

Your account

Keep your Apple ID secure; activity under your account is yours. Don't misuse the service, try to reach other people's data, or overload it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

What you log stays yours. You allow Eden to store and process it only to provide the app to you.

Connected services

WHOOP, Apple Health, ChatGPT and Cartesia are run by other companies under their own terms. Eden isn't responsible for their availability or their data.

Availability and changes

Eden is provided as is, may change, and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Eden isn't liable for indirect losses from using it. We'll tell you in the app before material changes to these terms.

Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. Contact: milan@muriithistudios.com.
